Banana Gangbang Rock festival

This is the most awaited music event in The Man Blog history! It will be held on May 3, 2008 (this Saturday) at Bela Bar, Greenhills. And if you haven’t been there, take a look at this map. It will save you from trouble, believe me. :D (more…)

SongBird is an open source media player developed by Mozilla that is mashed up with the web. It’s not just a player. It’s also a platform. SongBird is still in its 0.5 version. Maybe when version 1.0 comes out, I’ll install this. For the mean time, I’d like to share to you some useful add-ons if you’re shifting from iTunes. (more…)

Carabao Island

Carabao Island is just one of Romblon’s tourist destinations that is waiting to bloom. I was able to go there with Sha, Vieve and Evan via a boat from Sta. Fe, Tablas Island, Romblon. The time to go there will take you about almost an hour wherein we spent half the time screaming as if we’re on the Jungle Log Jam (one of the rides in Enchanted Kingdom). Upon arriving there, I just can’t help but admire its beauty. Its shore is covered with white and fine sand, similar to that of Boracay. The water is very clear. It’s wavy there though which is caused by the northeast wind. (more…)

In the span of my vacation at Tablas Island, Romblon with Sha, Vieve and Ivan, I took Alaxan Forte to relieve the pain. I was only able to eat pancit, soup and others that needs little effort to be able to chew, swallow and digest. As soon as I arrived at home yesterday, I went to the dentist to have it checked up. Then, I have to take medication an hour prior to the operation (impaction). Afterwards, my cousin accompanied me to the dentist for my operation. It was a bloody operation really but it was not really that painful. I guess this is because that the left side of my lips, gums and cheeks were numb. After the operation, I bought some pain relievers and ice cream. :D (more…)

Justin and Big Buddha
This is my nephew Justin

Yes, I am still 20-something. I just passed the so-called quarter-life crisis stage. To make things less obvious, here’s some math equation for you:

1/4 x (100) + 1^100

Gone are the days that my parents spend money on my birthday party. So, I treated them at Big Buddha at Greenbelt 3 yesterday since it was a holiday and because I have work today. (more…)

Paramita

It was great to see Ria Bautista, Alsey Cortez and Marco de Leon, all from Paramita, perform again since the last time that I saw them was 2007 in one of their mag:net Bonifacio High Street gigs.
