Anyway, Jared sent me a postcard with a picture of The Cure and some details of the concert that I blogged about some time ago. I attended the Tastes of Asia Blogger Meetup which is an event sponsored by SM Hypermarket. About 100 plus or so bloggers were there and there are lots of new faces. I was able to meet a lot of bloggers there such as Happy who was introduced to us by Jomar. (more…)

Jared just showed me his Multiply journal entry and he will be watching The Cure on the 1st of August this year in Singapore Indoor Stadium. The ticket prices are (all in SGD): S$178, S$148, S$118, S$78 according to SisTic website. The Cure’s current line up includes Robert Smith (vocals, guitar), Simon Gallup (bass), Porl Thompson (guitar), and Jason Cooper (drums). Aside from Singapore, The Cure will be rocking Japan (in the Fuji Rock Festival), Hong Kong, Australia (in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne), and New Zealand. (more…)

After watching Transformers, I could truly say that this is the best action-packed movie that I was able to watch this year. The movie is roughly about 85 percent action, 9 percent comedy and 6 percent romance. From the time the film started, my eyes were glued onto the screen for the next 2.5 hours. You should not miss watching this film. (more…)
