Epiphone Les Paul

My friend Vida is selling her Epiphone Les Paul guitar for 15,000 pesos (negotiable). And I am tempted to buy the guitar because it’s a really nice electric guitar. Who does not want to have an Epiphone guitar anyway? Epiphone is written in history. Its history dates back to the 1870s.
It’s not practical for me to buy an electric guitar. First, I do not have a band and I do not have the luxury of time to be in a band. Of course, I would invest in this guitar if I have a band. In fact, Paul McCartney of The Beatles still uses his Epiphone Casino guitar according to the Epiphone Wikipedia entry. Ace Frehley of KISS used an Epiphone Les Paul. John Connolly and Vince Hornsby of Sevendust have been endorsers of Epiphone guitars. Also, Ray Toro of My Chemical Romance uses an Epiphone Les Paul.
In buying an Epiphone guitar, you should check the serial number information since it contains info on where it is manufactured and when it was manufactured.
An “I” at the beginning means manufactured by Sae In (Korea); “U” means by Unsung (Korea); “P” means Peerless (Korea); “S” means Samick (Korea);
“R” is manufactured by “Peerless Guitars” of Korea.(guitardaterproject.org)
DW = DeaWon (China); EA = Gibson/QingDao (China); EE = Gibson/QingDao (China); MC = Muse (China); SJ = SaeJung (China); BW = China
“B” (found on some Korina G-400 is Bohêmia Musico-Delicia (Czech Republic);
SI = Samick Indonesia
F = Fujigen (Japan)
Example: U8034853 U= Unsung 8= 1998 03 = March 4853= manufacturing number

My daughter has an epiphone les paul Zak Wilde signature it is absolutely amazing. Before she bought this guitar she was playing a cheap Strat copy which was her first guitar. The Epiphone build quality is second to none and the EMG Humbuckers are awesome. It is the envy of all her freinds. She paid 750 euros but it was worth it.

No but she would like to be, she is pretty good and there is oportunities at her high school. I suppose a good guitar will keep it’s value.

Wow, I’m very interested in the guitar. I used to play when I was in high school and college (Bene, DLSU). I had stopped playing, I had a knockoff les paul in the same color pa naman so I really am interested.
I had only started re-learning the guitar late last year when I discovered the BECK anime. I could so relate. Contact me because I have a good feeling about this guitar.

Yes it is 15k. It’s not new though. It has been used already. with strap only.

1st time i play epiphone lp 100 i like the sound. i think i’ll collect another les paul series lol the only problem for me, this is my 1st fixed bridge guitar, and i have to work hard with it, specially with bending lol

Had an opportunity to get a Les Paul Custom from this guy who sells it on Ebay for US$599 all in. The problem is he is not registered now and I want to buy another one. The guy sells authentic ones and I found this out when I sent the scan of the receipt he sent me to Gibson. Sayang. Sana he comes to this blog so he can read my message
