The WWE Fans

My nephews are a big fan of WWE. This is pretty much obvious in the above picture where Lance poses as John Cena. In addition, Justin (Lance’s twin) posed as Umaga. Aside from those, my brother helped them collect all the slam cards from 7-11. Of course, he bought most of the cards from the kids outside 7-11 in Better Living so that he could complete it.
Every week, they would take a look at their slam cards collection and read all the names of the wrestlers there. However, I really do not like it when they try to imitate the wrestlers’ moves. Like them, I also watched wrestling (it was known as WWF before) when I was still a kid. But then, I never imitated the violence shown.

If you ask me, I wouldn’t let kids watch the WWE or TNA. Kids don’t learn anything useful. These shows portray a lot of violence and sex. It’s important that kids learn good values at an early age because it will be the foundation of their character when they grow up.
When my kid gets bigger, I’ll let him watch channels like Discovery, National Geographic and other educational shows.
My parents didn’t let me watch it at home and I got to watch some episodes when I was in other people’s homes.

i guess there’s nothing wrong with watching WWE..its upto the parent/guardian if they’ll allow the kids.I think kids MAY watch it because this show could also help them be disciplined and other values. But ofcourse they shouldn’t when there are some violence already.I guess WWE is not an ALL VIOLENCE show…
I really adore WWE because of Batista..we have to support him on his fights…

I think the Wrestling is good for kids! That may sounds weird but just think about it:
Most people only think its “violent”. But I think because of people like John Cena, kids learn whats right! They learn to stand up for themselves and for others and to help if someone in there ambiance need help.
Wrestling isn’t only violent fights, it’s education
