Omega-3 my ass. This is disappointing. After their exhaustive research on the Omega-3 essential fatty acids found in tuna which has been really used quite well for their marketing, I’ve found out here that it is not a good source of Omega-3. Why? The canning process is responsible. So, even if you eat Century Tuna everyday, it won’t be a guarantee that you will not suffer a heart attack. Of course, this still holds true even if you eat tuna that is not canned. Perfect example is that: eating tuna and kilos of sisig and other food that are rich in non-essential fatty acids. You’ll then feel that your nape hurts after the oily food overload.

one should check the canning process first before making a conclusion. it varies, you know…

    Hi! Karla,

Yeah! you’re right. Here’s my version but try to use your ‘braingasm’ with this one. Imagine this, Omega is the last greek alphabet and while the first is called the Alpha . Then read your bible (i.e. if you have one) in Mat. 19:30. The no. 3 signifies the month of March which happens to be my birthday with the name Kernel (Colonel[-]). Remember your recent post Michael Yoh Live dated Feb. 05, 2006. Next, is our year, 2006 divide this with Two (i.e. 2006/2) then you have + & - answers. Then read again your bible in II Peter 3:8 what do you have? You will have a ‘bad omen’ the Knell (my nickname) a Butterfly King sitting a top your Virgin Mary statue and in your Lady of Peace (or should I say Lady of Adultery the giant statue standing along EDSA corner Ortigas with a crack surrounding the base with a wet thing flowing down synonymous to the taste of a tooth decay and a horrible smell of a dead fish signifying their readiness to fall in any given time in the near future! I hope you get the picture and have a nice day:)/J
