Dad just bought me a Vivitar VPT-1200 Tripod which is his gift for me this Christmas. It does not have remote control but who cares? Manual operation of the tripod is just fine for me. It still serves its purpose. Read more for the specifications of this tripod.

    Hi! Karla,

    Gud am. Nice tri-pod you got there. Remember your last posting entitled Odd Lizard, dated Nov. 29, 2005. If you have a Canon Digital Camera this could be a good combination in taking up close of any subject you would like to photograph in the future, aside from your ‘bizarre’ encounter with your recent experienced - good luck!
